The Head Sommelier Role: Im looking for a Head Sommelier who has a real passion for delivering the highest levels of wine service and creating a fantastic dining experience for your guests. This is a great opportunity as youll have the freedom to build your own wine list from small and interesting suppliers and provide exquisite pairings in a premium setting. Engaging with customers is essential for this role therefore enjoyment in delivering the highest levels of service is essential.
