The role: Partnership Sales Manager Location : North London / Home Counties Salary : A GBP 42,000 to A GBP 50,000 DOE + Car allowance + Amazing commission Sector : Sales / Business Development My client is a global leader in serviced and flexible office solutions and they are successfully implementing a highly innovative Partnerships model so that they can ensure their growth trajectory remains strong. To support this, we are looking for a passionate, tenacious individual to join them as Partnerships Sales Manager. About the role: Growing their network is a strategic priority, therefore Partnership Sales is the biggest investment they are making. The Partnership Sales Manager will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level across the country. The target audience are building owners, franchise operators and competitors. They work with their partners under a variety of commercial structures which demands a dynamic and broad:based approach to business development. All about you: You have to be a hunter for this role, with a 360 approach, from new business development through to getting deals done, this will be your baby. You will have a solid career in sales and not be they type who changes jobs every 6, 12, 18 months : we want track:record people who have proved their relationships can last. You will be excited by how the world of work is changing and realise the opportunity here benefits both the building owner, your employer and the end user. You will be persuasive and have gravitas, highly capable of identifying the decision makers and holding your own in conversation with them. People who succeed here generally come from a background of selling services over products. Key Responsibilities * Delivering new partner locations every year, increasing system revenue by A GBP 5m+ per annum.* Generating awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections.* Identifying contacting and pitching prospective partners through a range of BD activities including networking, local canvassing and cold calling.* Sourcing partners capable of delivering rapid growth of our network through conversion of existing buildings or by quickly securing new buildings.* Selling the range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations and securing board approval for new partnership deals.* Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts with the support of the legal team.* Spending a significant amount of time in the field, generating leads, meeting customers and closing deals. Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications * Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast:growing, dynamic business* Self:starter used to self:generating interest and focusing relentlessly on delivering results.* Proven ability to find and convert deals quickly with tenacity and dedication.* Demonstrable track record of sourcing and delivering, at pace, multiple deals of a meaningful scale (A GBP 250k+ investment)* Self:sufficient, deal:focused and can:do mindset, willing to take risks to succeed.* Outstanding communications skills and the ability to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences, both large and small.
