The Role: As a Sales Manager, you will oversee daily sales operations providing professional advice and unparalleled service to the customers. Duties/: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals; Develop and implement strategies for listing properties and matching potential purchasers Conduct morning meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance Maintain an expert level of knowledge about the local market and current trends Requirements: Previously worked as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
