We need someone who: :Enjoys looking into problems and finding ways to resolve them:Loves to improve services for residents and colleagues:Is a good communicator:Is comfortable leading workshops and meetings:Is an excellent project manager:Likes understanding how things are done and mapping out processes:Is tenacious, proactive and determined Your duties will include working closely with a range of key stakeholders to deliver change and service improvement for residents as well ensuring that our services are able to operate efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for collecting and analysing operational and customer insight information and using tools such as process and customer journey mapping to improve the resident experience and redesign approaches to service delivery. Working in the Delivery Team you will deliver lasting change for residents, communities and staff. This role encompasses identifying and responding to factors that drive change, improving service delivery and resident experience, initiating and managing projects through to implementation.
