The Role Work alongside the Senior Account Manager to build and develop a sales team, capable of delivering against targets Setting and reviewing performance indicators to ensure delivery, growth and motivation Generating and delivering results with your own pipeline of prospects Keeping abreast of developments within the industry and adjusting the sales approach and activity to maximise income Helping to further develop the current sales process, including scripts and follow up communication methods Working with the Customer Service Team providing feedback and forecasting Increase the value of existing customer portfolio with a particular focus on improving recurring revenue Maintain accurate and timely revenue forecasts Critical success factors: sales revenue of new accounts, sales revenue of existing accounts, gross profit margin, customer satisfaction The Person Experience in growing and managing a successful sales team Industry experience would be preferred although not essential Demonstrable experience of meeting individual and team targets in a sales environment An inspiring and engaging manager with refined coaching and leadership skills A strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies A genuine desire to work in a fast-paced scale up environment The package is Salary £35K Car Commission Phone allowance Fuel card
