The company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to the smooth running of the department.Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence, organising meetings, and preparing reports.Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing induction packs and conducting new starter inductions.Support the HR team with employee relations issues, including taking notes in meetings and drafting correspondence. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
