Job Description: Multilingual Sales Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Sales Representative to join our dynamic global sales team based in Manchester, UK. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one major European language, preferably French, German, or Italian. This role is perfect for a travel-ready individual, as it involves at least 50% travel, primarily focusing on the Central European market. Key Responsibilities: Multilingual Sales Representative Deliver exceptional customer service while generating revenue and achieving up-selling targets across central European markets. Engage with potential leads to identify optimal offerings, conducting product demonstrations and presentations. Collect and report essential market intelligence from detailed trip reports. Provide accurate sales forecasts by analyzing the latest market and product trends. Respond promptly to all inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, resolving any arising issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed sales targets and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs). Effectively manage and nurture opportunities within the CRM pipeline. Education and Experience: Multilingual Sales Representative Minimum educational requirement: GCSE or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a preference for B2B environments. Proficiency in multiple languages, with at least one major European language. What you will bring: Multilingual Sales Representative Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and at least one major European language (both written and spoken). Customer-focused with a professional and confident demeanour. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills.
