Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Technical Manager and the role comes with an excellent salary up to A GBP 60,000 per annum and benefits package. We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager who has experience within the Plastics, Polymers or Packaging industry who has knowledge of Microbiology and Chemical Engineering, we are also looking for someone who has experience working to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. The hiring manager is looking for someone who holds either a Degree in Polymer Science, or a degree in Chemical Engineering. You will be working with subcontract manufacturers providing technical support, assisting customers with New Product Development, production trials and sample procedures. In your first few weeks in this Technical Manager role, you can expect to: * Advise/educate the commercial team to offer the appropriate/most suitable solution based on end application* Assist clients with New Product Development NPD, production trials, and sample procedures* Coordinate and manage Supplier and Customer Trials* Carry out internal audits to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001* Work closely with suppliers on the development and approval of new products and raw materials for this Technical Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: * Experience in QMS/ ISO system* Experience in the manufacture of plastics utilizing a variety of polymers and materials* Understanding of microbiology* Knowledge of chemical and industrial test methods In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, youll receive a generous salary up to A GBP 60,000 per annum and benefits package, and join a welcoming and inclusive culture. for this inclusive and collaborative full:time Technical Manager job in Stafford, Jonathan Lee Recruitment today.
