As an experienced Key Accounts Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers and driving growth of our Connected Care solutions. Developing strong relationships with your customers, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the Health and Social care sector and enabling their digital transformation.This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months. What you'll do: Manage and build relationships with new and existing customers at a senior level to ensure they get the best out of our products and services Identify opportunities to upsell products and services and meet agreed revenue targets Work collaboratively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and advise on best practice Work with internal teams on other adhoc projects as needed What you'll bring: Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or a similar role Experience working towards and achieving agreed revenue and retention targets A great communicator - able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers A creative problem solver with a flair for resolving customer issues and managing expectations Experience in the care sector is highly desirable An understanding of technology and practical application of this within a health/care setting would be an advantage What we offer: We are an official great to place to work!
