You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This is one of UK's leading hospitals for the treatment of individuals, families and couples facing a wide range of psychiatric conditions To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As the Senior Staff Nurse your key responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of a comprehensive Patient/Service User nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of person centred care in a collaborative way of both their mental and physical healthcare needs, maintaining the Patient/Service Users rightsSupervising Junior Staff and studentsWorking collaboratively with the MDT and maintaining a safe and therapeutic working environment, keeping accurate recordsTake lead on the clinic management The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Knowledge of NMC standards guidelines, requests and professional practicesEvidence of post registration continuing professional developmentDemonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and qualityAbility to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practiseExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills The successful Senior Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £37,992.30 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5hrs a week.
