Being a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the life skills and independence of the young people. This will be on a bank/agency basis.About you:A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with children and young people with physical and learning disabilities, mental health, or autism. You must have a driving license and your own vehicle as it is a rural location.Pay starting from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella.Requirements for you as a Support Worker: Experience in Support Work or SEN DesirableSelf-motivated individual with clear communication skillsEnhanced Child and Adult DBSBe able to travel to Billingshurst in your own vehicle EssentialHappy doing personal care Shift Times: Monday – SundayDays / Lates / Long DaysPotential block bookings / temporary to permanent opportunity.
