THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE. About the teamThis team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults to sustain or improve their wellbeing and quality of life. A key aspect of this position is to work in a multidisciplinary fashion alongside health and social care and the voluntary sector to support service user independence when appropriate. Initial assessments within a 24 hour period is required to ensure service user safety and decide the pathway most suited to them. About youThe successful candidate will be a professional well versed in MCA assessments and D2A pathways. A degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult’s Social Work setting are essential for this position.
