The role would suit a residential conveyancer with upwards of 2 years' experience handling their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, from the point of instruction through to completion.Our Client, a leading Yorkshire law firm, are recruiting for a residential conveyancer to join their team in their Leeds City Centre office. The role would suit a residential conveyancer with upwards of 2 years’ experience handling their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, from the point of instruction through to completion. Responsibilities: Handling your own caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchase and remortgage cases from the point of instruction through to completion with the aid of an assistant.Providing expert legal advice and ongoing updates as the case progresses.Taking new instructions and undertaking property searches.Preparing files for exchange and completion, and actioning the same.Post completion formalities. This is an office based role, in central Leeds. Salary to £40,000 dependent on experience.
