An opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join an international manufacturer on a temporary to permanent basis, working 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, overtime available at uplifted rates, free onsite parking, with ongoing training and development.An opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join an international manufacturer on a temporary to permanent basis, working 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, overtime available at uplifted rates, free onsite parking, with ongoing training and development.Key responsibilities for the Production Operative: Operating various machinesUse of tools to convert a range of productsPack finished goods ready for despatch, including wrapping and labelling.Basic maintenance to be carried outGeneral upkeep and housekeeping Experience of the Production Operative: Proven experience of working in a manufacturing/production environmentPossess excellent communication skills both written and verbalComputer literateAbility to work on own initiative or as part of a teamWorked within a fast-paced environment Ideally you will have previous experience working within, warehousing, packing, production, manufacturing environment.What’s in return for the Production Operative: Starting rate of £11.44 per hour38 hours basic and overtime availableRotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shiftsAnnualised hours will be 12-hour days and nights as and when requiredOngoing training provided to up-skill furtherFree onsite parking “The successful Production Operative will easily be able to commute to this Greetland, Halifax based business from surrounding areas including Huddersfield, Elland, Brighouse, and Bradford.To apply for this position please "click apply" or contact Alison Bell at E3 Recruitmemnt on 01484 64569 for more information.
