You will play an active role in creating presentations, submitting expense claims and other general administrative tasks. You respond proactively and reactively in the role and build authentic relationships quickly across the business to ensure the best and most effective assistance is provided for our two VPs. You act with discretion and sensitivity. You're decisive and able to work in a fast:paced environment, balancing business priorities and delivering to strict deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure. You have experience in an administrative role and can demonstrate the required skills below: / Educated to GSCE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English / Excellent/Advanced PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint / Strong communication skills / Experience of managing multiple diaries and the complexities that this entails Whats In It For You?
