In this role you will be partnering with Buying, Merchandising, Store Experience, and other HO functions to develop and implement layout, flow adjacencies and Merchandising directives for our retail stores across Europe. You will be assessing commercial trends to develop resources to streamline tasks, increase productivity and drive sales and profit, and as part of this you will also be articulating this vision to the field and business partners within TJX Europe.About you:- You'll be the type of person who has excellent influencing skills and a clear understanding of retail store environments and processes.- You will have demonstratable experience of Visual Merchandising either in a field or Central/HO role and be able to showcase your strong creative and innovation skills and the results you have delivered.- You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills which will allow you to articulate your strategic vision to different levels of the business.- Your career to date will have shown you to be numerate, analytical and to be comfortable interpreting complex data to make sound recommendations.- You will be experienced and comfortable working in a complex, fast paced and change driven environment where results and relationships are critical Whats In It For You?
