With a reputation for delivering high quality products and high levels of customer service and satisfaction this is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation with exciting growth plans. Covering all aspects of day-to-day finance, this varied role would be well suited to a competent finance/accounts individuals who are keen to grow and develop alongside a business. Key responsibilities and Duties will include: All aspects of sales and purchase ledgerPayment runsSupplier statement reconciliationsWeekly bank reconciliationsManage overdue debtors and outstanding queriesProduction and distribution of Sales InvoicesProcessing employee expense claimsGeneral accounts administrationGeneration and running of monthly payrollAssist with the preparation of monthly financial reports Experience and Skills Required: Previous experience in a similar capacity as a Finance / Accounts Assistance or Purchase Ledger environmentPrevious experience within a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environmentHigh attention to detail with the ability to take ownership of the roleStrong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processesExcellent numerical skills and attention to detailStrong IT and MS Excel skills
