You will be based in North Tyneside working as part of our client’s Property Maintenance Team.Monday – Friday 37 hours per week 08:30-16:30The Pay Rate will be: £17.50 ltd Per HourResponsibilities include: You will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs to domestic and untenanted properties.Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality domestic maintenance work.Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales Candidate Requirements: Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing1 Plus years’ experience in similar rolesFull UK Driving License
