Job Summary * Handling all ranges of interaction with customers via phone, email, live chat and other communication channels. Ensuring prompt, accurate and comprehensive answers.* Working as part of a team to ensure all areas of the Customer Service role are fulfilled.* Dealing with all customer enquiries or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.* Working alongside our suppliers to ensure our customers receive a smooth and efficient ordering experience.* Building rapport with Customers and ensuring they always receive the highest level of communication.* Engaging with the Sales Team to recognise any potential quotes for larger order enquiries.* Using initiative to prioritise your daily workload ensuring all daily tasks are complete.* Actively seeking feedback from customers to help identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.* Collaborating with internal teams to provide efficient and effective solutions for customers.* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.* Contributing to the overall success of the team by maintaining a positive attitude and supporting colleagues. Key Qualifications and Skills * Time Management* Previous Customer Service Experience* Telephone and Computer Experience* Organisational skills* Ability to use initiative.* Previous experience in complaint handling INDLS
