There are 2 positions available : FT and PTWe are looking to speak with enthusiastic candidates who thrive working in high volume, fresh food kitchens. Ideal Candidate Profile:- Experience working in a fast:paced kitchen in a Chef De Partie capacity. - Experience working with high quality fresh ingredients. - Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.- Be able to prepare, cook and plate dishes to a high standard. Role Responsibilities:- Preparing, cooking and plating dishes to a high standard.- Ensuring your section is fully prepped and ready for service. - Maintain a clean and organised workstation.- Follow directions given by the Head Chef / Sous Chef.- Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality food and service is delivered.
