Due to continued expansion and further growth forecast for 2024-2025 they are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team and support their senior Partners and members of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Secretary from any field, or anyone from a secretarial background to join a well-established and growing practice in a rewarding and supportive environment.LEGAL SECRETARY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: Preparing documents and correspondence for clientsManaging the logging and storing of confidential client filesManaging diaries of the senior team and booking appointmentsMaintaining the online filling systemHandling incoming queries that come into the team over phone and emailTalking clients through processes, costs involved and booking appointmentsPreparing files for client appointmentsOrganising payments and receiptsDictating audio tapes and minute taking in meetings KEY EXPERIENCE: Experience within a Secretary or Secretarial roleExcellent Administrative skillsMust be experienced in dictation and note takingIT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel desirableExcellent communication skillsDetermined and results focused Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
