The ideal Assistant Centre Manager must possess: Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot Play a key part in the Centre targets including key performance indicators Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre Implement and enforce company Policies and ProceduresReporting to the Centre Manager you will be responsible for managing your centre, co-ordinating the workload, the delivery of company business objectives while providing excellent customer service. Maintain centre and health & safety standards. Encourage, lead and motivate your team to consistently deliver excellent service.
