What will I spend my day on at Noriker? You will be involved from an early design stage of power generationand power systems project development through to projectcommissioning and operation. You will committo delivering the element relating to your particular expertise ofthe projects You will workclosely with subcontractors and technical staff on power engineeringprojects and anticipate risks and costs related to the technicalaspects of the project, ensuring that projects are completed onschedule, within budget and within project specifications whilstfinding maximum value with innovative technical solutions. You will take aleading role within technical projects on both the projectdevelopment and product development You willcoordinate with other technical disciplines and Noriker teams toenable the successful completion of projects. What skills will I need to succeed in the role? Weacknowledge that not everyone will fulfil every requirement outlinedin this job description. Solid engineering grounding, degree qualified in STEM subject 2:1.Lower degree classifications considered with relevant postgraduatequalifications (MSc, MEng). At least threeyear electrical engineering experience with demonstrable problemsolving abilities Experiencewithin the power and energy industry highly desirable Enthusiasm forrenewable energy and the energy market Good level ofgeneral IT literacy, and CAD proficiency, programming and modellingexperience with exposure to any of: SQL databases, Python, Labviewor other programming languages a strong advantage Goodcommunication and organisation skills. Valid UKdriving licence Eligible towork permanently in UK Multi-disciplinaryengineers with software development expertise particularly welcome What is our interview process?
