Senior Commercial Manager Location - Cheltenham (Central) -Office based with hybrid options to be discussed at interview,however, you must be able to reliably commute to Cheltenham. Who are we? Who are you? With experience in the battery storageor energy industry, you have got a strong understanding of issuesfacing the sector. You will feel comfortable strategising around thedevelopment of business, and enhancing the company's marketposition. With great interpersonal skills and commercialunderstanding, you will be able to easily build relationships withstakeholders and business partners. Responsibilities: Heading up the Commercial and BusinessDevelopment team, you will be responsible for overseeing allcurrently operational commercial ventures, looking at operationalrevenue, and live project tenders. Your responsibilities willinclude: Developing and executing effectivecommercial strategies, in alignment with company goals andobjectives Identifying new businessopportunities, market trends, and regulatory opportunities Norikercan seize to expand our commercial standing Assist with and oversee theanalysis of flexible energy market dynamics and competition toformulate strategies to capitalise on emerging trends, optimisingbusiness performance Maintain an understanding ofregulations which may impact risk and opportunity for the business Collaborate cross-functionallywith departments across the company to ensure commercial alignment Monitor team performance metrics,prepare reports and present to senior management for informeddecision making Work closely with the MD tosupport key project off-taking and financial relationships within acorporate environment Maintain strong relationships withkey stakeholders, clients, and partners to promote strategicalliances and objective to enhance company opportunity. Bachelors degree in a STEMsubject, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a relatedfield Proven experience as a commercialmanager or similar position within the Battery Storage or EnergySector A strong track record ofsuccessful commercial strategic development and implementation Strong leadership skills, beingable to effectively lead a multi-disciplinary team towards commoncommercial goals Excellent skills with negotiation,communication, and general interpersonal ability An analytical mindset, withproficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools to establishdefensible decision making In-depth understanding of marketresearch, business development and financial principles The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, occasionally high pressure environment What is our interview process?
