About our client:Our client is a fast growing grab-and-go concept that is set to expand in the coming years. They have secured a big investment to fund their expansion. With the new opening coming up, they are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team and grow in the GM role after the training period. They offer a fantastic career opportunity and the chance to take part in their fantastic project.Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Healthy Grab & GO:Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence.Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.About the Store Manager – Healthy Grab & GO:Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years.
