An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Inpatient Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in CAMHS service in the Charlwood, Surrey area.An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in CAMHS service in the Charlwood, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is a brand new CAMHS service opening soon by the end of 2023 To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorderDeveloping therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagementFollowing all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practiceContributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progressAt a more senior level, you’ll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Strong team-working skillsA high level of self-motivation and a flexible approachA positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionateA commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £37,500 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
