Trainee Accountant * Ref: 12987* Apprentice Wage, A GBP 18,000 : A GBP 24,000 (doe)* Full Time / Permanent role Our client a successful firm of Accountants based in Hinckley are looking to recruit an AAT Studying Accounts Trainee to their small friendly team. Responsibilities of the trainee accountant will include: * Working with a variety of clients including limited companies, sole traders, LLPs and partnerships from a range of business sectors* Preparation of statutory and management accounts* Preparation of CT600s, VAT returns and personal tax returns* Liaising with HMRC* Reporting directly to the senior accountant regarding client matters* Assisting with general ad:hoc duties as and when required What were looking for... * GCSC / A level school leavers with no experience who are looking to start their accountancy career.* AAT Level 2 / Level 3 qualified people with experience of working in a practice environment. Knowledge of accountancy software packages Iris and Xero would be beneficial.* Someone who wants to be a Trainee Accountant On offer * Apprentice Salary, or A GBP 18,000:A GBP 24,000 (depending on experience)* Full Time / Permanent role* Officed based opportunity* Development, Progression and Training* The opportunity to train with a local reputable firm of Accountants
