As a Family Support Worker, you will be working with different partner agencies, children and families from different and diverse backgrounds. Your role will involve providing a range of support in the home to a diverse community. You will need to understand safeguarding and be able to work with mental ill health, substance misuse, domestic violence, learning disabilities and other factors that could impede effective parenting.
