Location: Markham Vale, Chesterfield Working Hours: * 4 On 4 Off 06:00 : 18:00 Fixed Shifts Available* Monday : Friday 06:00 : 14:00 / 14:00 : 22:00 Rotating Shifts Available* Monday : Friday 22:00 : 06:00 Fixed Shifts Available* Sunday : Thursday 22:00 : 06:00 Fixed Shifts Available Pay rate: A GBP 11.44 : A GBP 13.19 P/hr PLUS Overtime Rates: A GBP 15.40 : A GBP 17.70 P/hr Position: Warehouse Operative Logistics People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Markham Vale, based at our Great Bear site. As a Warehouse Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: * Picking and packing orders in preparation for shipping.* Loading and Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse.* Loading, unloading and shrink:wrapping pallets of stock.* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.* Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.* Heavy lifting Involved.* Assisting with other duties as assigned by management.* Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills. Our ideal candidate: * Able to work as a part of a team and be self:managed when necessary.* Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.* Ability to work accurately and methodically.* Good communication skills.* Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
