This role offers the chance to expand your portfolio in authentically tailored and boutique residential projects throughout Somerset and Devon. About Our Client Our client, a leading architectural planning practice dedicated to contemporary quality architecture that harmonizes with the landscape, materials, and culture of the Devon & Somerset region. They have extensive experience in working with historic buildings and sensitive contexts, marrying design with practical implementation. About the Role This role involves leading projects independently from inception to fruition, with a focus on private residential and cultural projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design, technical, and organizational proficiencies and will be passionate about revitalizing existing structures, sustainable construction, and contemporary architecture. Required Skills & Experience Experience leading residential projects through all RIBA Stages of Work. Excellent design, creative, technical, and communication skills. Experience with traditional buildings and sensitive locations. Familiarity with UK planning and building regulations systems. Strong organizational and time management skills.
