After a meeting this afternoon i am delighted to share that we are working in partnership with a Global Transportation business to recruit the following and can be based in the Heywood area. Freight Operations - IMPORT (AIR AND OCEAN) Heywood £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits Responsibilities Handling customs clearances accurately and timely. Liaising with internal teams (both UK and international) & external suppliers to ensure on time delivery to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipping documents, invoices and related paperwork. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they have the up-to-date status of all movements. -Invoicing in a timely and precise manner, including processing purchase invoices and immediate payments. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Ensuring admin tasks are kept up to date. Want to hear more.....why wait....
