Band 5 Community Psychiatric Nurse 12 Week placement to Band 6 Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust Ripon CMHT – Adult Mental Health Valley Gardens Resource Centre, Windsor House, Cornwall Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 2PW Strictly full time – 37.Band 5 Community Psychiatric Nurse 12 Week placement to Band 6 Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust Ripon CMHT – Adult Mental Health Valley Gardens Resource Centre, Windsor House, Cornwall Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 2PW Strictly full time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm £21 - £26ph weekdaysMust hold valid NMC registration pin Applicant must hold a valid UK driving license and own transportThis is a fantastic opportunity for a current Band 5, Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team on a 12-week placement to become a Band 6 CPNMain Responsibilities: Providing initial assessment and formulation of the mental health and treatment needs for referred patients, planning, implementing and evaluating care with a high level of autonomy. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert SME in areas relating to mental health and in the promotion of psychological well-being to patients, professional colleagues, commanders and where appropriate unit personnel. Maintaining and evaluate data on the outcome of clinical and educational work. Initiating administrative advice on mental health management of service personnel on caseload to Unit Commanders and Medical Officers.We also offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
