This is the chance to join a company who will help you develop and grow.Key Accountabilities Actively engage individuals and teams in the Safety First culture, managing people effectively through robust leadership skills and in compliance with AB internal policies and proceduresTo lead and facilitate individuals and teams to deliver optimal levels of performance on cost, resource, service requirementsTo drive product quality through all systems available and peopleTo contribute to the optimisation of a production plan, operating the production plant in the most efficient and cost effective mannerEnsure that development and training needs of individuals are consistently applied to create a proactive environment of learning through relevant documentation learning logsTo actively encourage individuals and teams to continuously challenge and improve manufacturing processesTo optimise work cross-functionally providing insight and control over the bakery infrastructure.
