We are currently recruiting for an experienced Outreach Family Support Worker to join an established team in Liverpool. This is a full time position Monday to Friday for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility of extensionOutreach Family Support WorkerJob DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Outreach Family Support Worker to join an established team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing empowering interventions to children and families to help address emerging worries and affect positive change to improve the longer-term outcomes of children and young people.Responsibilities Undertake early help assessments with familiesCreate support plansChair team around the family meetings to review the progressIdentify any additional areas of supportDirect work with children and young people to explore their views and worries Requirements Experience in working with children and familiesKnowledge of strength-based approach and multi-agency workingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the families Qualifications Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalentFull UK driving license and access to a vehicle Apply NowIf you would be interested in this position, please contact Emily @ Service Care Solutions on 01772 XXXXXX or XXXX@servicecare.org.uk If this role isn’t right for you, but you know someone who would fit perfectly to our engaged and devoted team and you refer them, you will receive a referral bonus of £250.
