Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat to address their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Empathy and patience in dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
