We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington , to assist with the appointment of a Housing Services Officer , on a 3- month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £20.59 - £26.96 per Hour Responsibilities: To be responsible to the Service Delivery Manager, for the provision of administrative and support services to the Estate Services teams To create spreadsheets and databases relating to Estate Services functions; to input and extract information; to analyse the data and to provide written reports on findings. To manage the communal key service, including programming of fobs, ensuring records are accurate and up to date and all required keys are stocked. To provide operational support related to the management of caretakers; assist in the creation of team rotas and working arrangements for weekend working. To be involved in the timely processing and monitoring of invoices. Qualifications: Substantial proven experience of providing advice and practical assistance to the public. High level IT skills and experience in creating electronic systems to support service provision. Able to use and have experience of Information Technology systems including Microsoft Office packages, create Microsoft lists and Access in order to extract and input information Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
