Responsibilities: Work directly with the campaign managers to build and manage all email marketing campaigns for the demand generation team Ensure that the design and layouts of emails are optimized, user, and mobile-friendly Proofread key messaging and manage all email templates Monitor and optimize results of campaigns Make proactive suggestions on improvements to campaigns and new strategies to optimize performance Build reports and analyse results of campaigns Manage translations of emails (and landing pages where relevant) Work with graphic design department to build templates and landing pages Requirements: Background in marketing with 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a SaaS environment Experience working with Marketo – specifically with segmentation Exposure to a global environment and familiarity with working with different languages; fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus Experience with campaign reporting and optimization within strict deadlines Ability to understand the buyer-persona’s needs: within finance, retail, and manufacturing sectors Able to come up with creative solutions to optimize open rate and conversation rate Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Join a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
