You can expect to be part of a thriving professional team which strives to maintain impeccable standards, with a core focus on the use of their ingredients.Demi Chef de Partie benefits:Innovative and frequently changing menu’s using foraged produce.Mainly daytime shifts – more of a lunch operation.1 double shift per week.48 hours per week.Strong management team.£32,400 per annum.50 off when dining for up to 4 covers.Free meals whilst on duty.Uniform provided.Demi Chef de Partie requirements:A highly driven, ambitious, passionate and organised Demi Chef de Partie.A Demi Chef de Partie with strong practical experience having trained in professional food led kitchens.A Demi Chef de Partie with good access to the Richmond area.A Demi Chef de Partie who is passionate about using the freshest produce, working with the local community and who shares the “sustainability” ethos of the restaurant.
