You can expect to be part of a thriving professional team which strives to maintain impeccable standards, with a core focus on the use of their ingredients.Senior Chef de Partie benefits:Innovative and frequently changing menu’s using foraged produce.Mainly daytime shifts – more of a lunch operation.1 double shift per week.48 hours per week.Strong management team.£36,200 per annum.50 off when dining for up to 4 covers.Free meals whilst on duty.Uniform provided.Senior Chef de Partie requirements:A highly driven, ambitious, passionate and organised Senior Chef de Partie.A Senior Chef de Partie with strong practical experience having trained in professional food led kitchens.A Senior Chef de Partie with good access to the Richmond area.A Senior Chef de Partie who is passionate about using the freshest produce, working with the local community and who shares the “sustainability” ethos of the restaurant.
