Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can demonstrate the ability to work in a diverse, standalone and hands-on role supporting a growing manufacturing operation and number of distribution partners. Customer Service & Lens Supply Manager – Role Developing effective relationships and communications within the team, with distributor partners & with external operations partners leading customer service.Acting as the primary customer service point of contact with partners and customers and liaise with team members and labs as requiredEnsuring delivery of high quality / on time product to distributorsMonitoring current and future product needs and identify supply/demand challenges & opportunities Managing procurement of products & services to support operations, including placing and following-up orders with our contract manufacturersSupporting and monitoring manufacturing to meet distributor / customer demand Customer Service & Lens Supply Manager – Requirements Dispensing Optician qualification preferredWorking knowledge of Ophthalmic lens supply chainsExcellent customer service skillsWilling to embrace new challenges and learn new skills to meet the broad nature of this role Customer Service & Lens Supply Manager – Salary Base salary up to £45kPlus a range of additional benefits To avoid missing out on this opportunity, please click on the Apply Now button below.
