The role of Waking Night Support Assistant will include: :Providing a high quality, hands:on support service :Building positive relationships with residents to help encourage independent living and identify their individual needs:Providing peace of mind for all residents by carrying out security checks throughout the night, checking on all buildings and residents:Responding to calls should a resident need support in an emergency:Maintaining a safe environment for residents, providing support in accordance with relevant regulations, procedures and practices:Conducting bed calls and morning calls to a high standard Skills and experiences: : A caring, approachable nature and a confident 'can:do' attitude: Ability to keep accurate records and clearly communicate relevant information to team members : Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families, and internal and external agencies: Experience of working as a member of a team : A positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs: Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards Are you ready to be your best?
