Head of Sales Established Brewery – South East – Up to £60k + 30 Bonus + Car Allowance I am very excited to be working with this innovative and exciting Brewery Group looking for a Head of Sales for the business. This business has a large portfolio of products and even a range of exciting pubs across London – they value progression and growth within the team along with a passion for all things BEERAs the Head of Sales for a nationwide brewery, your role would be to oversee and manage the sales operations of the company across various regions. You would be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets.Overall, as the Head of Sales for a nationwide brewery, your primary focus would be on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the brewery's products are well-distributed and readily available in the market.The Head of Sales responsibilities:Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth.Manage and lead a sales team; implementation of training; achieving budgeted targetsIdentify marketing opportunities, establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaignsSeeking and securing new business, maintaining current relationships and managing P&L in a commodity driven environment.Collaborate with other departments and establish a networking with the Brewery industry.The ideal Head of Sales Candidate:Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Sales role within the drink industry.Proven track record in Sales, team management and results.Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trendsAmbitious and driven on all areas of sales and client developmentStrong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.If you are interested in having a chat about this role, please forward updated CVs to Mark at COREcruitment / mark@corecruitment.comCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
