The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role within the team, contributing to diverse projects from their inception to final completion. Responsibilities: Creating Bill of Quantities BOQ Compiling Sub-contractor Tender Packs Conducting Tender Analysis Assisting in Bank Cashflow Forecasting and Project Costings LCC Familiarity with JCT Contracts and Sub-contractor Contracts Performing Valuation Analysis Project Cost Value Reconciliation CVR Oversight of Client and Contractor Variations Preparation of Monthly Payment Schedules Requirements: Previously worked for 2 years as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role. Possess relevant degree or professional qualification Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
