Role: Sales Manager- Solar Energy Equipment Location: Nationwide. Work type: Work from home, and occasional countrywide travel as per business requirements. Responsibilities: Developing strategies for market growth and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the UK PV sector, focusing on acquiring Commercial Scale, Utility Scale, and Distributor clients. Proactively identifying and seizing new business opportunities to stimulate expansion. Establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and trust. Engaging in frequent business travel to personally engage with existing and potential clients across the region, introducing innovative products and solutions. Collaborating with developers, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction providers to create cost-effective solutions for presentation to clients. Crafting and executing strategic business plans to broaden the company's customer base and boost revenue. Providing comprehensive reports on sales activities, including records of sales, revenue, and expenses. Requirements Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in fields related to business, electrical engineering, power, or related disciplines. 3 to 4 years of B2B experience of selling one or more of the following products: Solar Panels, Solar Cells, PV Battery , Storage solutions, mounting systems or Solar Trackers. Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the identification and delivery of tailored solutions to diverse customer requirements.
