This role will be working alongside an experienced Partner where you will be assisting on complex multi-track work. You will be working on your own caseload of fast-track claims and you will be providing an excellent service to existing and new clients.Sacco Mann have an opening for a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join a firm based in Sleaford. This role will be working alongside an experienced Partner where you will be assisting on complex multi-track work. You will be working on your own caseload of fast-track claims and you will be providing an excellent service to existing and new clients. The firm are a Top 200 firm and have been running since 1800s. They are forward-thinking and have strong growth plans. The firm are recognised in the Legal 500 for their work in Clinical Negligence. This role will include handling a wide range of cases from serious birth/brain/spinal injuries to delayed cancer treatments and surgical errors. You will be qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive, and you will have experience within fast-track clinical negligence claims. Being familiar with funding options, the Protocol and CPR will be ideal for this role.
