We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Compliance Officer, on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £23.35 per Hour PAYE Responsibilities: Work as part of a team to ensure all buildings within the operational portfolio are compliant with legal obligations and operational PPMs. Support the Technical Assurance Lead to deliver Monthly Statutory Compliance KPIs. Prepare performance reports for the Technical Assurance Lead or other Managers as requested. Manage the day-to-day activities of a performance management framework for compliance. Liaise with Bouygues and other contractors to obtain quality data extract from their systems. Requirements: A relevant qualification in compliance in health and safety (or working towards). Managing statutory (fire, water, gas, electric and asbestos, LOLER etc.) and PPM compliance. Working with contractors on compliance.
