We are urgently seeking to recruit experienced Registered Nurses (RGNs) of all specialities to place for various ad-hoc and short to long term assignments to suit in NHS hospitals across the UK. To be successful as an RGN, you should possess a caring and nurturing personality. You should also be able to Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients, Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing and monitor of patients' health through observing and assessing their records, symptoms, and reactions to treatment and care. Nurse Skills and Qualifications: Registration as a Registered General Nurse or Similar Qualifications. Current Registration With the NMC; IV Skills, Including Syringe Driver Training and Venepuncture Training; At Least 1 Year Nursing Experience; Experience Recording Accurate Records; Ability to Work as Part of a Team; Supportive and Motivated; Great Communication Skills; Mentorship Skills; Computer Literate; Ability to Cope in a Crisis; Ability to Demonstrate Ethical Values and Ongoing Professional and Personal Growth; Ability to Work on Feet for Long Periods of Time
