Description:
Collaborate with the Global Test Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy for the Workday and global payroll strategy program. Work closely with the vendor’s deployment team to ensure all aspects of testing run smoothly. Coordinate all aspects of testing, including planning, execution, and reporting, across multiple phases of implementation. Work closely with internal GSK teams, payroll vendors, and technology leads to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and objectives. Monitor and ensure the quality of testing processes and outcomes to meet project goals and objectives. Implement best practices for testing methodologies and quality assurance standards
