Systems Analyst (Technical) - System Analyst Project Overview HSBC are delivering a new Access Management system across multiple applications and platforms. We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join the team and assist with the technical analysis in a fast paced interesting area of Cyber Security. Role Description: Systems Analyst to join the team and assist with the analysis, data analysis, systems integration and process mapping to support the new My Access Portal tooling. Essential Skills: • Strong technical understanding required, this role is for a System Analyst, not a Business Analyst • Proactive nature, with the ability to independently manage the analysis of multiple pieces of work concurrently. • Comprehensive and detailed investigative skills required to gain a full understanding of current processes and to be able question the information / data provided by application teams. • Experienced in mapping current processes and workflows and working with teams to identify what these processes could look like in the future. • Ability to produce comprehensive, concise and highly accurate analysis and documentation. • Knowledge of the Identity and Access Management domain, in particular access request and provisioning as well as identity and access governance (recertification and segregation of duties). • Identifying risks and issues and communicating these effectively to stakeholders. • Experience working on System Integrations and IT migration projects. • Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule. • Proficient using MS Excel, Viso, Jira and Confluence • Strong spoken and written English language skills, to enable successful communication with application teams across the business. • . Desirable Skills • Access Management experience, e.g. SailPoint. • IAM / PAM experience. • Previous financial services experience. • Experience of working within a global distributed programme and global teams.
