Who are we looking for? We are looking for 10 + Years of Experience as Business Analyst and Data Analyst with NAVINS experience. • 10+ years of BA experience, Seasoned B Technical Skills: A • 8+ years’ experience with underwriting system • Candidate must have Business Analyst NAVINS experience. • Strong in communication, able to work with Business and IT stakeholder. • Strong Team player who can work with IT as well. • Strong understanding of Insurance business processes. • Experience in agile methodology • Translating and simplifying requirements • Requirements management and communication Roles and responsibilities: • Should be able to follow industry best processes. • Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work. • A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. • Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. • A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges. Behavioral Skills: • Should be aggressive in making decisions. • Should have very good communication. • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction. Qualification: • Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
